CPR FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Will you help us save the life of your loved one? Do you know what to do in case of an emergency with a choking child? Could you start CPR until the EMS arrive?

Taught by Jefferson Hills Area Ambulance Service EMT’s & Paramedics

This course is intended for the general public to learn the basic steps necessary to perform Hands-Only CPR!

CPR Anytime is an “all-in-one “class that teaches the following basic skills in about 2 hours: · Adult Hands-Only CPR · Child CPR (including delivery of breaths) · Adult and child choking relief · General AED awareness. Includes Hands on practice.

There is no prerequisite or written test. Please note, completion of the CPR Anytime course does not result in receipt of an AHA course completion card. This is a non-credentialed course for the general public.

The Fall Festival, sponsored by the West Jefferson Hills Historical Society and The Friends of the Jefferson Hills Library, will be held on October 12 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. at the Jefferson Hills Borough Building. 

The event will include crafts for the children, a magician act, games, craft vendors, and refreshments.  The Festival benefits the Jefferson Hills Library.
